Absolutely! If you purchase 2-3 years at once I provide a 10% discount and if 4 or more years at once a 15% discount.

A 50% deposit is required before work begins, with the remaining balance due upon project completion.

For convenience, I keep a credit card or ACH payment method on file for final payments. Flexible payment plans are also available for both deposits and final balances.

Lots of ways! Most clients either provide a remote login to their iCloud / Google Photos account (the easiest option) or create a shared album for me to download from. If you'd prefer, I can also guide you through creating a shared album via screen share.

For larger collections, you're welcome to mail me a hard drive, which I'll safely return once the project is complete.

Absolutely! If you're located within 15 miles of me, I'm happy to come to you at no additional charge to help get your photos off your devices and into my hands.

If you'd prefer, I can also schedule a video or phone call and walk you through the process step-by-step from wherever you are.

For clients outside my local area, travel beyond a 30-mile round trip from my home is billed at my standard hourly rate for travel time.

During the Best of Best Organization process, I typically curate your collection down to the best 10–20% of images, making it easier to find and enjoy your favorite memories

You do not need to purchase a Reminisce Album in order to have me design an album for you.

I can design your album as a print-ready PDF that can be ordered through any album company of your choosing, or I can design directly within Shutterfly or Pixory and leave the final ordering up to you whenever it best fits your timeline and budget.

Typically it’s around 20 photos per minute of video created.
